The Pueblo Learning Cooperative had its first meeting on Friday, August 27th and it is off to a great start. It was good for parents and students to meet and get to know one another better as well as develop a plan together for proceeding. We were able to find volunteers for Group Facilitators and start preliminary planning on our first activity. This activity will be at Pueblo Mountain Park Environment Center in Beulah Colorado. We are now brainstorming ideas and pulling together resources. Please let us know if you have activities, ideas or resources to share.
Working together this will be a great success and a wonderful learning experience for our children.
